About the Role:We're seeking a highly skilled Associate Finance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our financial accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and reconcile customer flows and invoices to ensure accurate financial records.
- Record fixed assets and depreciation in accordance with US GAAP and statutory standards.
- Monitor available funds with our factor and track customer payments to ensure timely collections.
- Perform bank reconciliations on behalf of our factor to ensure accurate financial records.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- General knowledge of accounting principles with professional experience.
- Proficiency in management software, including ERP systems.
- Knowledge of SOX regulations and client accounting rules and standards.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
