As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our global team of associates in delivering high-quality financial services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of customer flows and invoices, as well as collection, to guarantee the reliability of our accounts.
- Record fixed assets and depreciation in the accounts, in accordance with US GAAP and statutory standards.
- Monitor available funds with the factor, track customer payments, and make advance payments if necessary.
- Carry out bank reconciliations on behalf of the factor.
- General knowledge of accounting with professional experience.
- Proficiency in management software (use of ERP).
- Knowledge of SOX regulations.
- Knowledge of client accounting rules and standards.
- 1st level professional English.
