Job Description:
As a Project Assistant - Human Resources and Payroll, you will join the HR Services Delivery France team and participate in various Payroll and Leave Management projects. Your tasks will be varied:
- Participate in the various project phases, in particular the acceptance phase with the migration of an ATM tool, an international mobility tool, the implementation of Onboarding / Crossboarding / Offboarding projects, and the implementation of new company agreements in various companies.
- Participate in Data Cleansing (data quality improvement) in coordination with CORE RH teams.
- Develop PowerBI for simple reporting (absences, payroll items).
- Write Change Requests.
- Monitor Payroll and Leave Management mini-projects.
- Support IT teams in monitoring interfaces and managing error logs.
- Support the HR Services Delivery team in managing and reviewing access to local applications (France).
Your Profile:
You are preparing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management (or equivalent). You are fluent in working English and have a facility for structuring and modeling concepts. With a strong team spirit and a performance & results orientation, you are autonomous, structured, and organized. Adaptable, you are also a self-starter. Communicative and reactive, you are proactive and have a good ability to synthesize information.
