Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our HR Services Delivery France team as a Project Assistant - Human Resources and Payroll. The successful candidate will participate in various Payroll and Leave Management projects, working closely with the HR team to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in project phases, including acceptance, migration, and implementation of new tools and processes.
  • Contribute to data cleansing and quality improvement in coordination with CORE RH teams.
  • Develop PowerBI reports for simple data visualization.
  • Write Change Requests and monitor mini-projects.
  • Support IT teams in monitoring interfaces and managing error logs.
  • Assist the HR Services Delivery team in managing access to local applications.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • Fluent in working English and strong structuring and modeling skills.
  • Strong team spirit, performance orientation, and autonomy.
  • Adaptable and self-starter with good communication and reactive skills.
About the Role

This is a 24-month apprenticeship opportunity, starting in September 2024. As a Project Assistant - Human Resources and Payroll, you will have the chance to work on large-scale projects, meet technical and organizational challenges, and develop your skills in a dynamic and international environment.
