Job Responsibilities

As an Independent Trainer specializing in R484 lifting (M/F), you will act as a true expert in your field.

Your main tasks include:

  • Using various training materials for better student understanding
  • Providing pedagogical and technical monitoring
  • Conducting training in compliance with safety regulations
  • Leading lifting training based on your knowledge and qualifications
  • Being the ambassador of Socotec to our students and clients

These tasks are not limited.

Requirements

With a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, you have completed a training program to become a trainer where you gained knowledge in adult education and pedagogical techniques.

You have at least 5 years of professional experience as an overhead crane operator (Lifting & R484).

Your teaching skills, interpersonal ease, and communication skills are essential assets for this position.

You are independent, proactive, and customer-oriented.

You hold a certification dated within 5 years on the basics of prevention (INRS online training certificate - all modules)

Your relevant CACES certification(s) are up to date.
