The Investigator Contracts Lead (ICL) plays a crucial role in negotiating contracts and budgets with clinical investigator sites. This position requires strong communication and negotiation skills to ensure successful contract execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Negotiate contract and budget terms with clinical investigator sites
- Manage Per-Subject Cost (PSC) process for assigned studies
- Collaborate with other teams to plan site contracting timelines
- Work with clinical trial sites to negotiate cost, business, and contractual terms
- Lead study-level site contracting activities and act as primary point of contact for site contracting issues
- Fluency in written and spoken French
- Advanced level of English, written and spoken
- Experience with clinical study budgets and contracting negotiation principles
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and 5+ years of experience in clinical development operations or clinical trial outsourcing
