Mobile Education and Community Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Mobile Education and Community Development. As a key member of our organization, Éducatifs et Solidaires, you will be responsible for leading our mobile education and community development initiatives.

• Lead the development and implementation of mobile education and community development programs, ensuring alignment with our organization's mission and goals.
• Supervise and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of programs.
• Collaborate with local communities, schools, and other stakeholders to identify needs and develop effective solutions.
• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring effective use of resources and achieving program goals.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children and staff, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates and progress reports.
• Participate in project planning, implementation, and evaluation, ensuring continuous improvement and quality assurance.

• BAFD, BPJEPS, or equivalent degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in education and community development, with a strong track record of program delivery and management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
