Job Title: Legal Trainee/Intern

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Trainee/Intern to join our team at Forvia. As a Legal Trainee/Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced lawyers and gain valuable experience in the field of corporate law.

Your Mission, Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the corporate and securities law activities of the team.
  • Monitor regulatory and legislative developments in corporate law and securities law.
  • Analyze corporate law issues related to the Group's activities and current developments in corporate law and securities law.
  • Conduct legal research and draft notes and memoranda.
  • Assist in the management of the Group's portfolio of companies and the follow-up of the legal secretariat (review of documents, drafting of minutes, formalities).
  • Support the realization of exceptional operations (capital increases, mergers, TUP,...) of the Group's companies.
  • Support the drafting of the social documentation of the Group's companies.
  • Follow up on the Group's social mandates.
  • Support the lawyers of the team in their daily tasks on a punctual basis.

Your Profile and Competencies to Succeed:

  • Master 2 in law (corporate law, securities law or business law) or DJCE.
  • Fluent English.
  • Adaptability and good communication skills.
  • Team spirit.
  • Good organizational skills for autonomous work.
  • Desire to produce results.
