**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Coordinator to join our team at Global Blue. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, create job postings, and advise on the best recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the entire recruitment life cycle, including CV screening, interview scheduling, offer letters, contracts, and onboarding.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing excellent communication and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Act as a point of contact for candidate queries and concerns during the recruitment and selection process.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of Global Blue's local employer branding strategy to attract top talent.
  • Populate HR databases with accurate and up-to-date information on all recruitment activities.
  • Request references for new employees and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Manage internal job boards, including LinkedIn, to promote job opportunities and attract candidates.

HR Administration:

  • Participate in monthly processes to ensure accurate and timely completion.
  • Manage HR administration processes from start to finish, including conducting inductions, checking references, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Ensure accurate data entry on Workday to maintain up-to-date employee information.
