Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to support condominiums facing challenges in their recovery and rehabilitation process. You will play a crucial role in guiding these projects towards successful completion.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to condominiums experiencing difficulties, assisting them throughout their recovery and rehabilitation journey.
- Oversee action plans, meticulously define objectives and timelines, and actively participate in meetings with stakeholders.
- Keep owners informed about available financial assistance programs, prepare detailed financing plans, and manage grant applications on their behalf.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all relevant parties, including owners, partners, and local authorities.
- Develop effective intervention strategies based on thorough diagnostics and ongoing project progress assessments.
Required Profile
We are looking for a candidate with a strong commitment to social impact and a passion for improving housing conditions.
- A Master's degree in Urban Planning, Social Sciences, or a related field is essential.
- Prior experience supporting condominiums is highly desirable.
