Position Overview:
As we aim to enhance our workforce, we are in search of an Assistant Operations Manager for our extensive distribution sector.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will encompass:
Operational Duties:
- Guaranteeing service quality and adherence to commitments.
- Coordinating service implementation, including both human and material resources.
- Identifying and communicating service delivery requirements (training, logistics, recruitment).
- Monitoring and reporting on client and agent portfolios as per directives, providing comprehensive reports post-visit.
- Managing mandatory controls within your scope of work.
- Overseeing daily unassigned shifts across various locations to ensure client needs are fulfilled.
- Following up on client satisfaction assessments.
- Planning and managing leaves, sick leaves, and absences.
- Ensuring efficient scheduling for clients and personnel.
- Supervising shift exchanges and managing unexpected absences and agent replacements.
- Updating schedules on a daily and weekly basis.
- Overseeing on-site documentation and conducting agent evaluations with report writing.
- Ensuring the implementation, monitoring, and updating of safety protocols and site guidelines.
- Managing and documenting incidents and information related to operational activities.
- Collecting attendance records from client sites.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Participating in the agency's recruitment processes.
- Ensuring that new hires receive necessary materials and adhere to hiring protocols.
Familiarity with COMETE software and a network of security agents across various sectors would be advantageous.
Company vehicle, laptop, and mobile phone will be provided.
First Aid certification and a Professional Card are required.

Candidate Profile:
