SAP SuccessFactors HRIS Consultant

At SD Worx SAP Solutions, we're on a mission to transform HR organizations into true business support organizations through smarter technologies. As a SAP SuccessFactors HRIS Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in implementing, customizing, and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors solutions for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with customers to identify their HR needs and objectives.
- Design and configure SAP SuccessFactors solutions according to specific customer requirements.
- Provide technical expertise in HR processes and SuccessFactors functionalities.
- Manage customization, integration, and data migrations as required.
- Train end-users on system functionalities.
- Provide ongoing monitoring and technical support after initial implementation.
- Participate in the development of new service offers and the improvement of internal processes.
- Prepare and lead business workshops. Configure, prepare test documentation, lead tests, prepare cut-over, manage hypercare.
- Proven experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Management module and mastery of a complementary module such as EC and/or Onboarding is a plus.
- Strong technical skills in system configuration and customization.
- Mastery of Workbook, Blueprint.
- Mastery of SAP SF iterative methodology.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Fluency in English, French a plus.
