As a Financial Performance Analyst at KLEPIERRE, you will be a key member of the Financial Performance department, driving the financial performance of the company and coordinating the group's subsidiaries. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading the Budget Process: You will be responsible for overseeing the budget process, ensuring that it is completed on time and to a high standard.
- Financial Analysis and Reporting: You will work closely with the finance department and data analytics teams to optimize our analyses and decision-making processes. This will involve analyzing and summarizing key financial data for presentation to committees and the board.
- Financial Projections and Scenario Analysis: You will develop financial projections and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Communication and Collaboration: You will maintain regular communication with subsidiary financial performance teams to address their inquiries and monitor progress. You will also conduct workshops to address specific topics, such as report automation and ad hoc analyses.
- Data Consolidation and Verification: You will consolidate and verify data submitted by subsidiaries, ensuring that it is accurate and complete.
- Budgeting Process Monitoring: You will monitor the progress of budgeting processes in countries to ensure that deadlines are met.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in management control or finance, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. You will also need to have strong analytical and synthesis skills, supporting strategic decision-making. Fluency in English is also required.
