VIG Re, a leading reinsurance company, is seeking an experienced Senior Non-Life Treaty Underwriter to join our team in Paris, France. As a key member of our underwriting team, you will be responsible for managing treaty reinsurance business in France, BeNeLux, Iberia, and Maghreb regions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute underwriting strategies for treaty reinsurance business in assigned regions.
- Manage client relationships and negotiate reinsurance contracts.
- Assess and manage risk exposure for various lines of business.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster exchange and cooperation throughout VIG Re.
- 8+ years of experience in reinsurance underwriting.
- Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of risk management.
- Fluent French and English language skills.
- University degree in quantitative studies or economics.
