We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Site Representative to join our team at SPIE Oil & Gas Services. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our oil and gas production installations.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures, and maintain a strong safety culture within the team.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the maintenance superintendent to develop and implement maintenance plans, and coordinate maintenance activities with other teams.
- Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance personnel, and ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
- Monitor and report on maintenance performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Chartered Engineer or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in maintenance on oil and gas production installations.
- Strong knowledge of process and equipment principles, and experience with SAP/R3.
- Ability to lead and direct large multinational teams, and work in a service relationship.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently.
