Job Title: Contract Site Representative
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Site Representative to join our team at SPIE Global Services Energy. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of maintenance operations on our offshore platform in Angola.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures, and maintain a strong safety culture on site.
- Coordinate maintenance operations, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Work closely with the site maintenance superintendent to advise on monthly and annual planning, and distribute daily activities to supervisors.
- Validate technical reports and prepare maintenance reports.
- Participate in daily, weekly, and site coordination meetings.
- Ensure the appropriateness of operating and maintenance procedures and tools, and suggest improvements as needed.
- Coordinate between maintenance operations and preparation teams.
- Identify training needs and make training requests as necessary.
- Manage the nationalization plan and propose adjustments as required.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven sense of responsibility and talent for management.
- Rigorous and methodical approach to operations.
- Common sense and ability to anticipate and analyze.
- Natural, flexible authority.
Language Requirements:
- English (C-Professional working proficiency).
- French (B-Limited working proficiency).
