Senior Finance Manager

Lightsource bp is seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to join our team in Central EMEA. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely close of the accounting books for legal entities across multiple jurisdictions, as well as providing accounting expertise and guidance to Finance Managers located across Central EMEA.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the integrity of financial records and provide timely and accurate analysis to support senior management decision-making.
- Provide accounting expertise and guidance to Finance Managers across Central EMEA, as well as manage liquidity requirements.
- Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial information for reporting to senior management and the Finance Director.
- Contribute to the development of comprehensive financial and commercial information in an accurate and timely manner.
- Act as a key bridge between the London HQ and Finance Managers in Central EMEA, ensuring swift communication of changes or developments.
- Fully qualified (ACCA, ACMA, ACA, or equivalent) with significant post-qualified experience.
- Good technical accounting skills, including experience of accounting under IFRS, with a demonstrable ability to learn and apply evolving accounting guidance.
- A positive, resilient, and driven individual who partners with business stakeholders to achieve department and overall organization goals.
- Experience of leading teams, ideally including experience of leading geographically dispersed teams.
- Ability to build global relationships with people from finance and non-finance backgrounds.
