THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an International Operations Assistant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring seamless campervan experiences, and contributing to the growth and development of our company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide world-class customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate campervan preparations, ensuring that all vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with necessary supplies.
- Collaborate with the operations team to optimize campervan allocation, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records.
- Support the development of new processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- You are a student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, or a related field, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- You possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- You are fluent in English and have a valid driver's license, with a strong desire to learn and grow with our company.
