Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resource and Staff Payroll Administrator to assist our management team in HR functions as our employee count grows. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering payroll and benefits, working with management to develop and implement personnel policies and procedures, and performing various administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist management in HR functions, including payroll and benefits administration
  • Develop and implement personnel policies and procedures
  • Perform administrative duties, such as mail distribution, ordering office supplies, and greeting visitors
  • Work with management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field of study. Proficiency in IT skills, including the full Microsoft Office suite, Outlook Calendars, Teams, and Excel, is also essential.
