About Cap Ingelec Spain
International design and build group specializing in complex buildings, we are mainly involved in turnkey construction, renovation, and extension projects in the datacenter, critical utilities, industry & cleanrooms, wines, spirits & agri-foods sectors.

Job Description
As Procurement Specialist, you will join our European Procurement team to develop our general contractor positioning. Working on international turnkey projects, your main responsibilities will be to:
- Support project teams in the application of purchasing procedures and policies;
- Identify and qualify partners for our projects (works companies, technical equipment suppliers...);
- Manage consultations for all project packages in collaboration with the project direction and technical teams;
- Negotiate contractual conditions with our partners in collaboration with our legal department.
- Lead commercial negotiations of partner offers after having analyzed them (benchmarking, price breakdown...)
- Support our multi-country technical and purchasing teams by finding partners, factory audits, production monitoring, end-of-production tests, etc.
Profile
With a Master's degree in Purchasing, you have significant experience in a similar position within a construction company (General Contractor, CSA, HVAC or Electrical) with a purchasing scope of around 50 million euros. Self-starter, you have a strong sense of relationship and responsibility. Recognized for your communication skills as well as your rigor, you have developed a keen sense of negotiation and strong analytical skills in an intercultural environment. With a good knowledge of North Italy economical economy, you are a fluent in Italian, English, and ideally French.
