Job Description
We are seeking a Project Purchaser to join our European Procurement team to develop our general contractor positioning. As a key member of our international turnkey projects team, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting project teams in the application of purchasing procedures and policies;
- Identifying and qualifying partners for our projects (works companies, technical equipment suppliers...);
- Managing consultations for all project packages in collaboration with the project direction and technical teams;
- Negotiating contractual conditions with our partners in collaboration with our legal department;
- Leading commercial negotiations of partner offers after having analyzed them (benchmarking, price breakdown...);
- Supporting our multi-country technical and purchasing teams by finding partners, factory audits, production monitoring, end-of-production tests, etc.
Requirements
We are looking for a Master's degree holder in Purchasing with significant experience in a similar position within a construction company (General Contractor, CSA, HVAC or Electrical) with a purchasing scope of around 50 million euros. You should be a self-starter with a strong sense of relationship and responsibility, recognized for your communication skills as well as your rigor, and developed a keen sense of negotiation and strong analytical skills in an intercultural environment.
We value a good knowledge of North Italy's economical economy and fluency in Italian, English, and ideally French.
