Clinical Trials Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Trials Assistant to join our Clinical Trial Management team in Lyon. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Clinical Trial Management Team members, ensuring the smooth execution of clinical trials.
Responsibilities:- Provide day-to-day support to the Clinical Trial Management Team, including shipping, filing, faxing, and managing inventory and orders.
- Coordinate and provide minutes for departmental meetings and conference calls.
- Schedule appointments, set up events, and make travel arrangements as necessary.
- Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and files to facilitate tracking and documentation of departmental activities.
- Conduct quality control reviews of departmental documents as necessary.
- Support other departments on ad-hoc projects and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
- BTS or Bachelor's degree in an administrative field.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in French and English.
