The Project Manager for HVAC Systems is responsible for overseeing and managing construction sites related to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role ensures the successful execution of projects while adhering to deadlines, budgets, and quality and safety standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Construction Phase:
    • Analyze plans and technical documents.
    • Participate in project launch meetings.
    • Establish project schedules and workload plans.
  • Construction Phase:
    • Organize and coordinate site teams.
    • Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed.
    • Ensure adherence to safety procedures on site.
    • Verify the quality of completed work.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Prepare site reports.
    • Track material and equipment orders.
    • Facilitate communication with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Client Relations:
    • Maintain open communication with clients.
    • Respond to client inquiries and concerns regarding the project.
    • Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (climate engineering, energy, etc.).
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in managing HVAC construction sites.
