Senior CRM Project Manager

Chanel, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior CRM Project Manager to join our team in Neuilly-Sur-Seine. As a key member of our CRM & Data department, you will contribute to the strategic definition and execution of CRM initiatives for our Fragrance and Beauty business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance client communication and engagement
- Collaborate with international marketing, retail, and other teams to deploy CRM initiatives
- Stay up-to-date on CRM best practices and innovations, transforming trends into insights for briefs
- Lead and manage dedicated projects, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment
- Manage and empower junior project managers and consultants
- 7+ years of experience in CRM, with a proven track record in project management
- First experience in managing a team of junior project managers
- Proficiency in utilizing data insights to inform strategic decision-making
- Ability to adhere to deadlines and manage multiple tasks concurrently
