The Levi's Tailor Shop is a highly skilled professional station in stores, offering customers the unique opportunity to customize, personalize, and repair their Levi's. As a Tailor - Customization and Repair Specialist, you will be part of a team that builds on the brand's craftsman heritage, providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality alterations and customizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and requirements, including customizing Levi's products on the shop floor or taking measurements for leg alterations in the changing rooms.
- Support the shop floor team with sales and delivering exceptional customer service after tailoring duties are complete.
- Deliver great customer service, scheduling, and coordination of appointments.
- Communicate effectively with other Tailors, Sales Stylists, and Store Management to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Possess a passion for the brand and its values.
- Previous tailoring and retail experience is preferred.
- Ability to sew and stitch to a high standard.
- Creative and able to think outside the box.
- Offer exceptional customer service while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
