About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-conscious Personal Tailor to join our team at Hackett London. As a Personal Tailor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales expertise to our discerning clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized service to clients, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our luxury fashion products, including fabrics, styles, and trends.
- Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment, supporting colleagues and adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Passion for the fashion industry and a keen eye for style.
- Previous experience in luxury sales or customer service, preferably in a high-end retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
- Fluency in French and English, with a strong understanding of the luxury fashion market.
