About the Role
Algofi is seeking a highly skilled Risk Credit Consultant to join our team in the development of our credit risk center of excellence. As a Risk Credit Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on Credit Value Adjustment (CVA) and other credit risk-related matters to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CVA/DVA measurement methodologies
- Simulate and value CVA for new deals and restructurings
- Provide support to front office and structuring teams on counterparty risk pricing, including regulatory updates (Bâle III), bilateral agreements, and client risk profiles
- Conduct sensitivity analyses and implement exposure tracking
Requirements
You must have a degree from a reputable engineering school or a master's degree in finance. A minimum of 5 years of experience in credit risk-related roles, preferably in a consulting firm or a bank, is required. Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
Desirable Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage cross-functional teams
