About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Construction Manager to join our team. As a Service Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring that they are safe, efficient, and meet the needs of our students and faculty.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of facilities, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including facilities management, operations, and finance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve facility operations and reduce costs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in construction management or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects and teams.
