Job Title: Control Room Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Control Room Technician to join our team at SPIE. As a Control Room Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our plant equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control plant operations, including equipment performance and safety
  • Conduct shift changes and fully brief incoming Unit Operators
  • Respond to alarms and take corrective action to ensure equipment is functioning correctly
  • Record data on computer systems and maintain records of daily operations
  • Participate in ongoing training to maintain and enhance skills required for the role

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of plant operations and safety procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies
