Job Title: Control Room Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Control Room Technician to join our team at SPIE. As a Control Room Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our plant equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control plant operations, including alarm systems and equipment performance
  • Conduct shift changes and fully brief incoming Unit Operators
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant equipment
  • Read and interpret technical information from manufacturer's manuals and OEM technical documents
  • Participate in ongoing training to maintain and enhance skills required for unit operator and equipment operator duties

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of plant operations and maintenance procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies
