Job Responsibilities- Deliver consistently professional, friendly, and proactive guest service while collaborating with colleagues.
- Prepare and serve all food items for a la carte and/or buffet menus in accordance with hotel recipes and standards.
- Ensure proper rotation of products in all chillers to minimize waste and spoilage.
- Measure, mix, knead, and shape dough or batter for various baked goods.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
- Conduct quality checks on all preparations before they leave the bakery to ensure the highest standards.
- Uphold cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment.
- Adhere to kitchen policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols when handling food and beverages.
- Minimize food waste through proper rotation, labeling, and storage practices.
- Foster teamwork and morale within the kitchen and across all departments.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- The Tamayyaz Program is exclusively for Saudi Nationals.
- Open to candidates with little to no work experience, including recent graduates and those with up to 6 months of relevant experience.
- Basic English proficiency is required.
- A strong passion for the hospitality industry is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary.
- Must be a team player who actively contributes to and supports colleagues.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts based on departmental needs.
