Job Summary
The Director of Human Resources and Training will lead and coordinate two departments (Human Resources and Professional Development) and the Prevention Assistant mission. The Human Resources department consists of one senior manager and three middle managers, while the Professional Development department, which also includes the Prevention Assistant mission, consists of one senior manager.
The successful candidate will ensure the coherence of human resource deployment, respect deadlines, and internal liaison. They will also lead the departmental reinforcement team.
As a key actor in workplace conditions, they will mobilize the prevention doctor, social assistant, and prevention assistant to enable the work collective to perform its regulatory missions in a serene manner.
Additionally, they will participate in institutional dialogue as a social actor, attending CSA and FS instances.
Particular Conditions of Exercise
The position is located at the Direction in Tarbes and may require travel to various posts across the Hautes-Pyrénées territory.
