The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Dubbing & Subtitling Administration Apprentice. This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience within the film industry, working alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Coordinate screenings by contacting screening rooms and security agents.
- Maintain accurate records using our internal systems (TCR).
- Manage the ordering and verification of trailers, ensuring alignment with creative specifications.
- Organize and archive important documents and memos within our network system.
- Update our database of talent and key contacts.
- Assist in the process of film censorship and registration with the CNC (National Cinema Center).
- Liaise with labs to ensure timely delivery of trailers and feature films for review by the CNC.
- Gather and submit necessary information for official film registration and Visa number acquisition.
- Contribute to the official archiving process by uploading feature films, trailers, and supporting documents to the National Archive system.
What We Are Looking For:
- Fluency in French and a strong command of English are essential.
- A meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented individual with a proactive approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in standard office software applications.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining accuracy.
