About the Role
Sidel is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Finance professional to lead our operational finance team. This role will be instrumental in driving financial performance, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring compliance within our manufacturing centers.
Your Mission:
- Lead and manage the Finance Supply Chain team (factory controllers) to enhance industrial performance, mitigate risks, and ensure regulatory adherence.
- Conduct in-depth product cost analyses and develop actionable plans for improvement.
- Oversee factory resource utilization, inventory management, and non-quality costs.
- Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain organization and EVP Supply Chain to align financial strategies with operational goals.
- Optimize sourcing performance and resource allocation in conjunction with Logistics.
- Translate Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) into tangible financial impacts and set product cost targets.
- Drive supply chain contribution and overall financial performance through data-driven insights and strategic initiatives.
- Participate actively in long-term business planning exercises to ensure financial sustainability.
- Champion continuous improvement projects for analysis and tools, working collaboratively with the process team.
Your Profile:
- Master's degree in Finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Industrial Controlling within a manufacturing environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and controlling processes.
- Proficiency in SAP FI/CO and business intelligence tools such as QlikSense and Power BI.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to lead effectively within a matrix organization.
- Results-oriented mindset with fluency in English.
