Manufacturing Business Partner

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our Supply Chain organization, you will be responsible for driving financial performance and providing strategic insights to our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Finance Supply Chain team to drive industrial performance and ensure compliance and controls.
  • Control tower of production cost and planning.
  • Business advisor to the EVP Supply Chain and his team.
  • Product Cost providing and analysis.
  • Factory utilization overview and actions.
  • CAPEX & OPEX management.
  • Non-quality costs management.
  • Business partnering with Supply Chain organization.
  • Resource utilization management.
  • Sourcing performance in cooperation with Logistics.
  • Translation of S&OP to financial impact.
  • Product cost target management.
  • Strong link with Cost and process team to implement and feedback tools and processes.
  • Drive the supply chain contribution and financial performance.
  • Active participation in the 3 years Business Plan, annual Budget, quarterly Outlook, and quarterly closing.
  • Propose and implement continuous improvements of existing analysis / tools / IS through transversal and multi-sites projects.

Requirements:

  • Master degree or equivalent in Finance.
  • A Minimum of 10 years' experience in Industrial Controlling.
  • Strong controlling technical skills, solid knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) accounting principles.
  • Advanced knowledge of controlling processes & business planning principles.
  • Strong experience in SAP FI/CO (Finance / Controlling) in an international and industrial group.
  • Advanced practice of IS Tools including any other digitalization tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, team player.
  • Ability to lead in a matrix organization.
  • Result orientation.
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken.
