Lead a Retail and Housekeeping Team in France
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a successful retail and housekeeping department at PGL Château de Grande Romaine in France. You will oversee the daily operations, ensuring that our customers receive a first-class experience in all retail outlets and enjoy fantastic presentation of the centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximise the efficiency of the centre's retail and housekeeping operations
- Ensure health & safety and compliance is followed in both operations
- Play an active role in the line management of a team of Assistants
- Assist with centre-specific duties associated with a children's residential activity centre
Requirements:
- Previous retail experience with a focus on customer service
- Confident handling administration tasks, including handling delicate and confidential information
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships and provide motivation and clear direction to your team
