Job Description:
In this role, you will report directly to the Administrative and Financial Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the administrative operations of the organization. Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting visitors and managing incoming communications
- Organizing and distributing correspondence, coordinating sample shipments
- Maintaining filing systems and archiving records
- Overseeing temporary staff management (tracking hours, monitoring contracts)
- Administering the company’s vehicle fleet
- Performing accounting functions such as invoicing, reconciling expenses, and processing supplier invoices
- Assisting with various accounting responsibilities
- Preparing meeting spaces, coordinating client visits, and managing work attire follow-up
Profile:
Essential skills:
- Advanced diploma in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Basic proficiency in English
- Strong command of MS Office applications

- Ability to work autonomously and adhere to deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
