The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Snaphunt. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and route calls for our clients' customers within our software platform.
  • Schedule appointments and enter customer information accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide a positive and professional first impression for our clients' customers.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative assistant role, preferably in the professional services industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Fluent English with a neutral or appealing accent and excellent diction.
  • 500+ connections on LinkedIn.
