**Mission**

Le Release Manager SAP est un membre clé de l'équipe Opérations de SUEZ et est directement rattaché au responsable des Opérations SAP. Sa mission est de planifier, coordonner et gérer les déploiements des releases SAP au sein de notre organisation.

**Responsabilités**

1. Planification des releases :

 - Collaborer avec les équipes fonctionnelles et techniques pour planifier les releases SAP en fonction des calendriers et des exigences métier.

 - Assurer la coordination entre les différentes parties prenantes pour garantir une planification harmonieuse.

2. Gestion des environnements de test :

 - Coordonner la configuration et la maintenance des environnements de test pour assurer la fiabilité des tests pré-déploiement.

 - Superviser la gestion des données de test et des copies de systèmes SAP.

3. Coordination des déploiements :

 - Planifier et coordonner les déploiements des releases SAP en collaboration avec les équipes techniques et opérationnelles.

 - Assurer une communication transparente pendant les phases de déploiement.

4. Gestion des risques et des problèmes :

 - Identifier les risques potentiels liés aux releases SAP et mettre en place des mesures d'atténuation.

 - Gérer les problèmes survenant pendant les déploiements et coordonner les actions correctives nécessaires.

 - Apporter une expertise sur la gestion d'ordres de transport en environnement SAP.

5. Documentation et reporting :

 - Définir les normes de documentation.

 - Maintenir une documentation complète des processus de release management SAP et de gestion de configuration.

 - Fournir des rapports réguliers sur l'avancement des releases, les problèmes rencontrés et les mesures prises.

6. Amélioration continue :

 - Proposer des améliorations aux processus de release management pour accroître l'efficacité et minimiser les risques.

 - Participer à l'analyse post-déploiement pour tirer des leçons et améliorer les futures releases.

**Compétences requises**

Le candidat idéal possède une expérience significative en Service Delivery Management d'une application SAP ou en gestion de projet SAP. Il a une bonne connaissance de la gestion des versions SAP (ex : SAP ChaRM, SAP Cloud ALM, …) et une compréhension de la gestion d'un paysage SAP composite (S/4 Hana, SAP BI, SAP Portal). Il est capable de travailler de manière indépendante et au sein d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire.
