Job Title: Technical Release Manager for SAP

ENGIE Group is seeking a highly skilled Technical Release Manager to join our team. As a key member of our SAP landscape management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our SAP environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the SAP landscape, including SAP environments usage principles, client strategy, and technical & functional scale-up needs.
  • Collaborate with the Release Manager to develop and manage the overall Release Calendar.
  • Supervise the transport management for core SAP components, including Solman/ChaRM configuration & usage.
  • Monitor the qualitative execution of Transport Requests through automated cycles in Solman ChaRM.
  • Define exception process for emergency/adhoc transports.
  • Supervise the Refresh Management activity, defining & setting up industrialized procedures in cooperation with the Infrastructure team.
  • Contribute to Income Management, defining & monitoring adequate documents & checklist.
  • Bring strong level of expertise on SAP technico-functional structures.
  • Work with ENGIE teams and SAP teams to leverage supporting tools.
Requirements:
  • Very good knowledge of SAP technico-functional area, SAP Solman, SAP Cloud ALM.
  • Understanding of composite SAP landscape management (S/4 Hana, SAP Ariba, SAP BTP, SAP Analytical Cloud, SAP DataSphere, …).
  • Experience in overall activities part of SAP landscape technical lifecycle maintenance.
  • Leadership, experience in transverse management and large team cross coordination.
  • Experience of working in project management mode.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Team spirit.
