Key Responsibilities:- Manage large-scale corporate interior projects (> 20,000 sqm) across the EMEA region, from Workplace Strategy to Client Handover.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals across the EMEA region, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Monitor and control project budgets, considering currency fluctuations, local market conditions, and regional pricing differences.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks specific to the EMEA region, including cultural, regulatory, and geopolitical factors.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with at least half of this being in the Corporate Interiors sector.
- Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and industry standards, as well as local regulations and building codes in France and other EMEA countries.
- Proficiency in multiple languages, including English and at least one other European language.
As a brand-new role to the business, we are keen to keep our options open when considering the salary range for this position.
