Position OverviewReporting to the Director of Guest Services, the Bell Services Supervisor plays a crucial role in the seamless operation of Bell Services, Door, and Valet Services. - Minimum of 2 years' experience in Bell or Valet operations.
- Supervisory experience is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Strong guest service orientation and training skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in Windows XP and MS Office.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Visa Requirements: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and walk frequently.
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs at shoulder height.
- Ability to push/pull up to 75 lbs occasionally.
- Proficient in performing various physical tasks, including bending, squatting, and climbing stairs.
- Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
