Position Overview

Reporting to the Director of Guest Services, the Bell Services Supervisor plays a crucial role in the seamless operation of Bell Services, Door, and Valet Services. This position is essential in delivering warm, personalized service, contributing to memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Uphold a high standard of professionalism in all job functions.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Bell or Valet operations.
  • Supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong guest service orientation and training skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in Windows XP and MS Office.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Visa Requirements: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and walk frequently.
  • Capable of lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs at shoulder height.
  • Ability to push/pull up to 75 lbs occasionally.
  • Proficient in performing various physical tasks, including bending, squatting, and climbing stairs.
  • Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
