Training Manager

As a key member of the France Business Unit, the Training Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the operational and strategic development of the Training department. Reporting to the General Manager and functionally to the Group Head of Training, this role is responsible for ensuring the department's success and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs to meet the needs of French and international clients, including EASA-certified pilot training courses and those approved by other Civil Aviation Authorities.
- Collaborate with the commercial department to drive business growth in France and internationally, while accelerating digital transformation.
- Oversee the Training team for France, including regulatory Post Holders and administrative teams, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal rules.
- Streamline and optimize policies and processes to increase operational capacity and reduce errors.
- Define and monitor KPIs, implement a performance tracking system, and modernize documentation tools to increase processing efficiency.
- Participate in and monitor Training France budgets, taking responsibility for the Training France P&L.
- Ensure the quality of training provided and supervise supplier performance, negotiating and managing contracts with subcontractors.
- Track and ensure the timely submission of training files, including design.
- Participate in and analyze the Business Unit Training report.
Requirements:
- Background in engineering, business, MSc, or an equivalent French Bac+5.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written) - minimum level C1.
