TCS France has delivered double-digit growth for over 5 years, supporting customers in digital transformation, data, and cloud journeys.
Key Responsibilities- Create a market-visible practice
- Support critical projects with skills and governance & customer-facing
- Support presales activities (contributing to solution development)
- Connect associates to relevant TCS Global practices
- Maintain high utilization of the community working with Global Resources Manager
- Enable fluidity of the associates working with the business units
- Engage continuously with all associates of the community through town halls/events/1to1/digital platforms
- Work along with Talent Development team to plan, develop, and manage skills (Cross-skill /Up-skill). Alignment to Business needs and skills evolution in the industry
- Associate Career guidance by coaching and act as an anchor for the associate in the company
