Roche, a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking a Pricing Manager to play a crucial role in shaping the pricing strategy for our products and services. As a Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining price consistency across all product lines and segments, collaborating with various teams to align pricing policies, and ensuring profitability targets are met.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure consistency in pricing for all product lines and segments
• Collaborate with Marketing and Strategic Marketing teams to develop pricing strategies
• Define and monitor pricing and trade policies to optimize revenue growth
• Ensure global transparency on Pricing and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Assist in pricing strategy approach and advise on client offers to drive business growth
• Promote and train users on pricing policy to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Participate in product launch activities to ensure successful market entry
• Assist in transfer price review to ensure accurate pricing and compliance
• Ensure Pricing Compliance and assist with internal controls to mitigate risks

Qualifications:

• Expertise in pricing policy and review processes, with a strong understanding of market trends
• Understanding of business challenges and market dynamics
• Marketing skills and product catalogue knowledge to develop effective pricing strategies
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Fluency in English and proficiency in IT tools to analyze data and drive business decisions
