About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at Inetum. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and programs, with a focus on homologation and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects
- Lead and manage project teams to achieve project objectives and deliverables
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and operational excellence
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on homologation and operational excellence
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
