Apprentice After-Sales Consultant

Position Overview:
This role is ideal for individuals with a strong interest in the automotive sector who wish to develop their skills in customer service and after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer vehicles and ensure satisfaction through quality after-sales services.
- Organize service interventions and maintain accurate documentation.
- Prepare repair orders and promote additional services and products to clients.
Training Program:
The apprenticeship spans a duration of 10 months, incorporating a blend of theoretical training and practical experience within the dealership. The structure includes one week of training followed by three weeks of hands-on work.
Support Provided:
Throughout the apprenticeship, the company will cover accommodation, meals, and transportation expenses to facilitate a smooth learning experience.
Candidate Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Strong communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- A valid driver's license is essential.
