Le Centre de développement électrique (EDC) de Toulouse est chargé de développer des produits électriques depuis la phase de conception détaillée jusqu'au lancement en série.

Votre rôle futur:

Relevez un nouveau défi et mettez à profit votre expertise en matière de planification dans notre centre de développement électrique. Vous serez rattaché(e) à Lionel Cervantes, Head of Projects & Operations, et travaillerez avec des coéquipiers passionnés, motivés et dévoués.

Au quotidien, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec différentes équipes au sein d'Alstom, y compris avec un responsable de projet électrique ou un responsable principal de planification de projet (PrPM) sur des appels d'offres multiples (et variés) de bout en bout et dans le cadre de l'exécution de contrats ou de programmes. Vous proposerez des recommandations, gérerez efficacement l'émission de livrables de planification et faciliterez la synchronisation des parties prenantes internes.

Nous ferons appel à vous pour:
  • Évaluer le respect des délais de livraison des projets de bout en bout Phase de pré-série électrique
  • Appliquer le processus de planification du projet et jongler avec diverses alternatives
  • Séquencer et relier logiquement toutes les activités
  • Gestion efficace et émission de livrables
  • Rapports proactifs pour les clients, l'équipe principale et les parties prenantes de l'entreprise
  • Gestion des parties prenantes et réunions productives
  • Gestion des révisions régulières du calendrier par rapport à la gestion de l'état d'avancement
  • Plans et stratégies d'exécution de projet efficaces
  • Contribuer à l'agilité de l'équipe et à l'alignement transversal

  • Esprit d'équipe et gestion collaborative
  • Diplôme d'ingénieur ou similaire
  • Gestion de projet et expérience industrielle
  • Expérience préalable éventuelle en tant que gestionnaire de planification ou de projet dans le domaine du développement, des sous-systèmes, des opérations, de l'industrie, qu'il s'agisse de transport, de construction ou d'un autre domaine industriel.
  • Esprit d'analyse, capacité à trouver des solutions et résilience.
  • Capacité d'adaptation, d'influence et de négociation
  • Capacité à anticiper les problèmes et à être proactif
  • Familiarité avec les projets complexes de conception-construction, les appels d'offres, l'ingénierie, l'approvisionnement, la chaîne d'approvisionnement et les processus de qualité.
