About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager F/H to lead our Urban Signaling Solutions team in developing and deploying cutting-edge transportation systems. As a key member of our Alstom Digital & Integrated Systems business, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of our CBTC signaling solutions, including the Urbalis 400 system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the execution of program baselines, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of systems and products.
  • Coordinate and lead a core team of experts to achieve program objectives.
  • Interface with product development teams and other program managers to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain detailed roadmaps aligned with solution and project needs.
  • Manage and control baseline QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) in compliance with QCD commitments.
  • Ensure timely delivery of work packages, risks, and mitigation plans with concerned teams.
  • Coordinate program work packages, risks, and mitigation plans with concerned teams.
  • Operate and manage metier resources allocated to the program, providing leadership and ensuring efficient program execution.
  • Manage regular workload and workforce follow-up for the program, ensuring effective PIO between sites.
  • Apply process, methods, and tools as referenced by program plans.
  • Implement effective governance cycles with structured KPIs/Dashboards to report program operational execution and QCD consolidation.
  • Ensure and drive regular program reviews to report program operational execution and QCD consolidation.
  • Propose and drive improvement action plans in the program to enhance efficiency and competitiveness.
Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in system/product engineering or project/program management in digital/railway/automotive/aircraft.
  • Engineering background with a full lifecycle view of project deployment.
  • Hands-on experience in functional or hierarchical team management.
  • Cost and planning control experience in engineering scope.
  • Hands-on experience in customer relationship management on deliverables and scope.
  • 3-5 years of experience in engineering or industrialization, or in support functions with high-level activities.
Desirable Skills
  • Products and services knowledge on different market segments (Urban, Mainline, F&M, Network and Telecom - N&T).
  • Economics and finance knowledge in R&D environments (Return on Investment, decision-making).
  • Engineering product development full lifecycle view.
  • Safety background.
  • Hardware, software, IT technology background.
  • Knowledge of main development management methods.
