Project Manager for Life Insurance and Retirement Solutions

The primary responsibility will be to assess client requirements, convert them into actionable specifications for development teams, conduct thorough testing post-development, and ensure final validation prior to deployment.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing projects from requirements gathering through to configuration;
  • Understanding of management, tax, and regulatory considerations pertinent to life insurance, savings, and retirement;
  • Familiarity with various life insurance products, including multi-support contracts, PERIN, PEROB, Article 83, Article 39, and Pacte Law;
  • Knowledge of regulatory and tax frameworks such as FICOVIE, year-end processing, profit-sharing calculations, IFU (Unique Tax Form), DSN (Social Security Declaration), FATCA, LCB – FT, PASRAU, and Life Insurance Taxation;
  • Experience with market software solutions like Solife (Vermeg), Kelia (Kapia – RGI), GT AIA (DXC Technology), Master I (Linedata), Sunshine (Extel), SOLIAM (Vermeg), Assurex (Cegid), Adjuto (Adjuto), and Cogit Starcust (Inetum).

Candidate Profile:

  • Master's degree from a business or engineering school, or a third-cycle qualification in Insurance;
  • Between 2 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Project Manager within the life insurance, retirement, and savings sectors, emphasizing project management and regulatory aspects;
  • Ability to work autonomously, with strong organizational, synthesis, and writing skills;
  • Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, strong interpersonal abilities, and sound decision-making capabilities;
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with a focus on teamwork and client satisfaction;
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is advantageous;
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English is a plus.
